King County Metro Bus – Travel Guru High Fidelity Prototype
This imaginary high fidelity prototype was made to improve the King County Metro bus experience. This particular prototype is specially designed for a better on-boarding process.
This app requires the bus station to help to advertise the app, and the bus to have a QR code scanner to collect payments. Having a charging station on the buses and the stations would be a plus if the budget allows.
Here are some available tasks for you to play around:
Task 1: You want to go to work using the search feature, during this task, you changed your mind and wanted to save the fastest route for later. Finally, check out saved trips.
Task 2: Now, from the home page, you want to go to work with the fastest route. Go through the whole process including paying for the bus driver.
Note: While navigating, there are several auto popups that are designed to alert the user when the user has arrived at the bus station, and when the buses are arriving soon. Simply trigger it by tapping the center of the navigating screen.
REM Mobile App
Hypothetically, this App REM is a third-party company that has been contracted by Amazon to develop both a sensor and an app compatible with Amazon Alexa, in order to improve the functionality of the Escape Room feature and enhance the immersion. These wireframes were designed by Gloria to show case how this app works.
